From December 10th, China Government Network, People's Daily, Xinhuanet and other 25 network platforms, as well as government websites of various regions and relevant departments, launched a 2020 "I say a word to the Prime Minister" netizen speech Activities to listen to Internet users' opinions and suggestions on government work. The activity will continue until the end of the National Two Sessions in 2020.
The event has 20 topics including "precision poverty alleviation", "business environment", "employment", "education", "age care" and "income". Netizens can log in to the Chinese government website, the State Council client app and applet, and leave messages on relevant websites and platforms. Some suggestions with higher reference value will be forwarded to the drafting unit of the Government Work Report.
This is the sixth year that the Chinese government website has launched a campaign to collect suggestions from netizens before the National Two Sessions. In the activities of the previous year, more than 90% of the netizens' suggestions after being put together were reflected in the "Government Work Report" of that year.
