Wang Yi and several Myanmar ministers fully affirmed the progress of co-construction of the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor and agreed to accelerate the implementation of the corridor's substantive construction and accelerate the implementation of border economic cooperation zones and cooperation in key areas such as power and transportation, making it a joint construction of China-Myanmar. Wang Yi said that China's Yunnan Province is connected to Myanmar's mountains and rivers, and has been actively committed to developing friendly exchanges with Myanmar. Wang Yi said that China has always paid close attention to the situation in Rakhine State and is willing to continue to provide assistance to Myanmar in implementing the repatriation and resettlement of asylum seekers and to promote the economic development and improvement of people's livelihood in Rakhine State.

Minister Dingrui thanked China for its support for Myanmar's economic and social development over the years and hoped that China would continue to play an important and positive role on the issue of Rakhine State. Myanmar is willing to work with China to promote practical cooperation in various fields under the framework of the "Belt and Road" and the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor, and to deepen exchanges and cooperation with neighboring regions such as China's Yunnan Province.
